TERMS & CONDITIONS
Minimum stay of 5 nights is required

 

PAYMENTS

A deposit of 25% is required to secure and confirm your booking.

Full balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date and is non-refundable as these quality beachfront houses are limited. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover for unexpected cancellations.

Credit cards accepted – VISA and MASTERCARD only.

CANCELLATIONS (Must be in writing)

Cancellations 90 days prior to arrival date will receive full deposit refund.

Cancellations made less than 90 days prior to arrival date will not receive a deposit refund unless the property is relet for the same period and at the same rate.

A successful re-let will however incur $100 administration fee.

Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival date will not receive a refund.

CONDITIONS OF RENTAL

The number of persons occupying the house should not exceed the number of persons that beds are provided for and stated in booking details.

Houses are rented for holiday use only and no functions are permitted. No pets allowed in accordance with health regulations.

Check–in time is 2pm and Check–out time is at 10am.

Early arrivals/late departures can be arranged if possible - when there is no back-to-back booking.

The house is prepared with white linen & towels including beach towels. One complimentary service clean is provided mid-stay for bookings of 8 nights or more. Extra cleaning services can be arranged at additional cost.

BREAKAGES/DAMAGES

A bond may be required. We expect the house is returned to us in the condition presented on arrival. Breakages or damages not caused by normal wear & tear will be recharged to your credit card if necessary however it is not our intention to charge for replacement of accidental broken glass or plates for example.

TELEPHONE CHARGES

Local calls are Free of charge. Calls made to Cairns from Port Douglas, Oak Beach or Mission Beach is billed by Telstra as an STD charge.

ISD and STD charges will be charged to your credit card and you will be notified when billing is received from Telstra. A copy of charges can be requested. No extra administration fee is charged however we would suggest using a phone card or mobile for your convenience.

LIABILITIES

No responsibility is taken for personal items left on premises during or after departure.

TALI BEACH HOUSES does not accept liability for any injury, damage, loss and additional expenses caused directly or indirectly by events, which are beyond our control. We do not accept liability for errors, omissions, default or negligence represented on our website.
