RESERVATIONS
To make a reservation, fill in the booking form. We will email you a reservation email with details required for a confirmation deposit.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION -  Please read Terms & Conditions carefully
A deposit of 25% is required to confirm advance bookings and balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date as these quality beachfront houses are limited. We recommend TRAVEL INSURANCE in the case of unexpected change of plans as the final balance, payable 30 days prior, is non-refundable. We accept Visa or Mastercard only – (Name, card type, number, expiry date)  and CCV code can be sent in a separate email if preferred. Direct credit to our bank account are also welcome for Australian residents – contact us for details.

CANCELLATIONS (Must be in writing)
Cancellations made 90 days prior to arrival date will receive full deposit refund less $150 administration fee.
Cancellations made less than 90days prior to arrival date will not receive a deposit refund unless the property is relet for the same period and at the same rate.  A successful re-let will however incur $150 administration fee charge.
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival date will not receive a refund.
Credit card refunds will incur a 2%  merchant fee.

Houses are rented for holiday use only and functions are not permitted. No pets are allowed in accordance with health regulations. Numbers of persons staying shall not exceed persons booked otherwise extra person charges will be charged to your credit card for extra beds used.

BREAKAGES/DAMAGES
A bond may be required. We expect the house is returned to us in the condition presented on arrival. Breakages or damage not caused by normal wear &  tear will be recharged to your credit card if necessary, however it is not our intention to charge for replacement of accidental broken glass or plates for example.

Charges will be imposed if the house is left in an unreasonable condition, e.g.
- soiled or stained bed covers, rugs, upholstery
- lost or damaged remote controls
- misplaced keys
Any breakages or damage to the house, its fittings or facilities will be charged to the guest at replacement/repair cost plus 10%.

LIABILITIES
No responsibility is taken for personal items left on premises during or after departure.
TALI BEACH HOUSES does not accept liability for any injury, damage, loss and additional expenses caused directly or indirectly by events, which are beyond our control.

We do not accept liability for errors, omissions, default or negligence represented on our website. Rates are subject to change without notice except for confirmed bookings.
